welcome!

I’m Amy

Are you a woman who feels completely exhausted and overwhelmed, struggling to manage your gut health, lose weight or support your families health, while juggling all of life’s demands?

My Approach

I knew as early as grade 10 that I wanted to be a dietitian. Something in me lit up when I learned about how the body worked. I loved science, helping people, and if I’m being totally honest, I was also hoping to figure out my own relationship with food and my body.

Like so many women, I have spent years learning how (work in progress) to appreciate my body, navigate the ups and downs of body image, and unlearning the pressure to shrink myself. That personal struggle shaped me and how I approach sessions with clients. It taught me empathy. It taught me patience. And it taught me that nutrition and health is never just about the food.

As a dietitian, wife, and mother, I truly understand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle it all. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping women reach their health goals without sacrificing balance or their relationship with food. I believe real change happens when we look at the whole picture—your lifestyle, your mindset, and the barriers that may be holding you back. My role is to guide, support, and empower you, while providing the accountability needed to create sustainable, long-term change. Above all, my goal is for you to not just get by, but to truly thrive.
